SILICON VALLEY MECHANICAL
Project Management Intern
• Performed Load calculations on buildings per customer request, updating their building standard and informing on tonnage use for AC systems, learning the best practices for different zones and efficient designs on Revit.
• Utilized Revit to create mechanical systems in building plans, ensuring an efficient design towards new core and shell/TI buildings.
• Created Proposals to be bid against other companies for the use of our services, utilized cost estimate sheets to determine the exact labor and material costs.
• Performed Cost Estimates based on Quantities and Totals found on Bid's/Proposals.
• Attending weekly team production meetings to go over current project progress; Along with attending different project meetings, design reviews, progress page turns and kickoff meetings.

LAM RESEARCH CORPORATION
Robotics Engineering Intern
• Assembled Wafer Handling Production Robots used in vacuum and atmospheric environments to be sent out for shipments.
• Followed technical specifications and manufacturing torque specs outlined in procedures.
• Tested Robots for vibration and manufacturing quality to ensure efficiency prior to shipment.
• Used Creo Parametric CAD to design fixtures and small parts for efficient and quick assembly of robot, DFA.
• Used lathe to touch up on certain parts that had incorrect tolerances, ensuring maximum accuracy to the specification.
• Installed firmware on the robot controller and troubleshooted cable issues within the controller based on alarm logs.
• Worked with LabView programs to test robots and sensors used prior to shipment.

INNOVATIVE PROJECT SOLUTIONS
Mechanical Engineering Intern
•Developed a Valve Specification Reference sheet in Microsoft Excel to view desired valves (Check, Diaphragm, Shutoff Valves) using a formula, resulting in an increase in efficiency among the engineers.
•Collaborated in a team to create a Detail Library of AutoCAD drawings made by engineers allowing
drawings to be effectively viewed and neatly organized (Ducts, Vents, Exhausts, Pumps, Pipes, AHU's, Boilers, Chillers, etc.)
•Assisted Engineers at customer construction sites during inspections.
•Executed organizational skills such as Scanning documents and documentation in BlueBeam, Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
•Mentored by Professional Engineers(PE) during the internship.
•In the process of learning Autodesk Revit, a software where the company is able to view CAD in 2D and 3D. This allowed a more efficient approach to the companies designs and layouts.
